Downtown Sonoma
Downtown Sonoma is a treasure trove of attractions and experiences! Kick off your tour of Sonoma’s historic plaza with a visit to the San Francisco Solano Mission—the last of California’s great missions—followed by a visit to the Barracks. Afterwards, browse downtown Sonoma’s shops and boutiques, then grab lunch at one of our many restaurants and cafes, followed by wine tasting in our many tasting rooms. It’s a whole day of fun in one square block!

Hiking & Biking Trails

The girl & the fig is located in the beautiful Sonoma Plaza and features a wonderful antique bar with French aperitifs, unique and traditional cocktails, an award-winning Rhône-Alone wine list, a seasonal menu, cheese & charcuterie platters, outdoor garden patio seating & outdoor parklet seating.

El Dorado Kitchen – 1.3 miles away
El Dorado Kitchen offers all-day dining nestled within the vibrant ambiance of El Dorado Hotel on Sonoma Plaza. Led by Executive Chef Armando Navarro, our menus boast seasonally-driven California cuisine sourced from local Sonoma County farmers and purveyors.

Sunflower Caffé– 1.2 miles away
Located on the historic Sonoma Plaza in the heart of the California Wine Country. Our food is simple, our ingredients are real. We use salt from the San Francisco Bay, milk from cows grazing in the Sonoma County pastures and local pastured eggs in all of our dishes. The Sunflower Caffé is located in Historic Landmark #501 – the old home of Salvador Vallejo.
