Ride Apps
All ride app pick up drivers must drop off riders at the Arrivals level curbside area. For pick-ups, you can meet your prearranged driver on the Arrivals level, by Doors 3, 12 or 15, or on Departures at Doors 5 and 11 during peak times. The only authorized ride-share operators at YYC are Uber and Lyft.

Rental Cars
All major companies have offices at the Arrivals level in the Calgary International Airport. The Hertz company has an office location at The Fairmont Banff Springs. If renting a car, it is necessary to purchase a vehicle park entrance pass. Please visit the following website to obtain a park pass. Park passes can also be obtained at the park gates.
